Some aspects of this marketplace are already operational in 2023, with more to be introduced in the coming years. Our B2B2C model necessitates a clear understanding of each user type's specific needs and how they integrate into our expansive product ecosystem.
Player Segment
- Current Role: Customers at our Location-based Entertainment venues, purchasing tickets for augmented reality experiences in a social context.
- Future Outlook: Users engaging with Enklu experiences, either through purchased passes or free unlocks via the Enklu Social app.
- Player Expectations: Dependable progress tracking, digital item and upgrade storage, social media sharing capabilities, and discovery of local experiences. Key is also the management of friend groups for organizing shared experiences.
- Player Activation Strategy: Our strategy views each user as part of a progression ladder, adding value to the ecosystem. While Players form the largest cohort, we anticipate a subset to act as Influencers, sharing their experiences online. We estimate that for every 100 players, 10% will become Influencers. Additionally, we foresee 1% of players evolving into creative contributors, enriching our ecosystem with their unique content.
