About the Role

As an Install Technician, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end execution of our installations and live event operations. During your first instillation you’ll be working side by side with our Head of Operations and/or additional installation support representatives to complete the physical and digital installation of a Verse Immersive at a client location. As part of your second and third installation you’ll being taking on responsibilities for planning and coordinating installations, managing device fleets, and ensuring smooth onsite operations. If after your 3rd installation you have proven to excel at the requirements below, we have every intention of providing a full-time offer including salary, bonus potential, and benefits

Requirements:

• Experience in operations, logistics, client success, and/or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple installations and logistics processes simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in technical and hardware-related contexts.
• Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
• Results-oriented, motivated, and radically self-reliant.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel for installations and live event support, including nights and weekends.
• Participate in the assembly of various items (e.g., floor tiles, racks, displays) and occasionally assist with arena construction
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with tight deadlines and evolving processes.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in top tier physical event production and high-end AV equipment.
