About You

We’re seeking a results-oriented Sr. Operations Manager to spearhead our global installations and enhance our operational impact. In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to our Head of Operations, manage end-to-end deployments, oversee installation teams, and serve as the primary point of contact with clients during installations. You’ll drive project success through strategic planning, strong communication, and attention to detail, helping bring our immersive experiences to life.

You are a proactive leader who thrives under pressure, with an eye for detail and a passion for emerging tech trends in art, entertainment, and education. You’re adaptable, committed to excellence, and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced startup. You’re comfortable with travel, flexible work hours, and on-site demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead global installations for new Verse locations, managing logistics and team coordination.
• Guide install and training technicians, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Enklu, managing communications, scheduling, and planning.
• Travel to remote locations for extended periods to execute installations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve on-time delivery despite evolving market conditions.
• Train external teams on product usage and customer engagement strategies.
• Continuously refine best practices to optimize installation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Research and recommend materials and processes to elevate installation quality.
• Conduct annual inspections of client sites to maintain and enforce standards.
